Business background and visit purpose answer different questions
A company profile can show who the applicant is and why the trip is credible. It does not, by itself, explain what the traveller intends to do in Vietnam. A business application should identify the meeting, exhibition, supplier discussion or other permitted commercial activity in straightforward terms.
We review the relationship between the Indian employer or business, the Vietnam counterpart where applicable, the proposed schedule, funding and the selected application route. Invitations and company letters should not conflict on dates, names or the nature of the visit.
“Business visa” is a commonly searched phrase, while the correct official route and supporting requirements depend on nationality, activity and current rules. We therefore begin with the proposed activity rather than assuming one format applies to every commercial traveller.
Core points in a business-visit review
Applicant’s position and connection to the Indian company
Specific meeting, event, supplier or commercial purpose
Vietnam counterpart or invitation information where applicable
Trip funding, dates, duration and intended entry point
The purpose description should reflect what the traveller will actually do. Work, employment or other regulated activity may require different permission and should never be disguised as a short business visit.
